Meet Anna

Anna Vocino is a comedian, voice over talent, and podcaster, which are all pretty good day jobs to support her real passion of being a homecook blogger and food photographer.

Diagnosed with celiac disease in 2002, Anna has made it her mission to create easy to make, delicious gluten-free, low-carb versions of her favorite comfort foods, gathered in Eat Happy and Eat Happy Too.

Additional recipes and fun stuff can be found at her site, https://annavocino.com and she co-hosts The Fitness Confidential podcast with Vinnie Tortorich.

Tweet, Instagram, and Facebook pics of your Eat Happy creations and @annavocino on social media, if you would be so kind!

Anna lives in Los Angeles with her husband, daughter, and little dog.

“I met Anna a few years ago through nutritionist and trainer Vinnie Tortorich and besides being impressed with the way she dominated the voiceover industry, I was mesmerized by the gorgeous recipes in her cookbook Eat Happy. That meant that as soon as I got the Celiac diagnosis from the doc and the no sugar, no grains marching orders from Vinnie, I went right out (online) and bought her book. Her recipes were interesting enough to get my attention but user-friendly enough to give me the confidence to try cooking them myself. Now, many of her meals are in heavy-rotation at my house and she even inspired me to start my own food blog - something I never dreamed of doing before. Anna is relatable. She's one of us. I can't wait to add more of her recipes to the rotation!”
